Here are my favourite, easy (ish!) home workout video recommendations. They don’t require too much effort, yet definitely make a difference to your day. Head onto YouTube and search the following channels.

They both have a range of different length routines. The 10 minute morning stretch is quick, simple and really helps to start your day off well!
The short ab workouts are great. However, if abs isn’t your thing they have a whole host of other workouts. These youtubers cater for beginners and make routines easier by including breaks in-between each exercise. Pamela Reif uses a great playlist for extra motivation!

Strictly stars have also been keeping up their screen status by uploading tutorials and routines onto YouTube for you to join in with.
If you STILL can’t stop scrolling through TikTok, have a go at some of the dance challenges – it’s a great way to raise your heartbeat!
